Education

Privacy Policy:
This information will be used solely by the Festival Committee for programming and statistical purposes.

Privacy - Photographic and Video Images:
By registering for this event, the attendee agrees that his/her photo/video may be taken and published on Canadian Square & Round Dance Society sanctioned social and/or public media.

Accommodation:
All dancers are responsible for making their own hotel/motel/camping reservations. Information to follow.

Cancellation Policy
A 20% refund charge will be collected for cancelations prior to Feb 29, 2024, and no refunds for later cancellations. Exceptions include health and family bereavement.

Liability:
The CSRDS Festival 2024 Committee accepts no liability or responsibility for illness or injury whatsoever to persons or loss of their property while participating or attending as a spectator, any activity associated with the Festival including all forms of travel or accommodation.

To register and pay for two people – complete and submit first registration form then use the back arrow on your browser and fill out the second registration form.  Click on the submit and pay button, select two registrations plus any other items, and follow the process to pay for the two people.
