A 20% refund charge will be collected for cancellations prior to Feb 29, 2024, and no refunds for later cancellations. Exceptions include health and family bereavement.
The Festival is now sold out so there will not be day passes.
There are numerous payments to cover and registration funds are needed especially at the National level. The Committee also needs a good indication of numbers for their planning of halls and programming.
A solid surface floor on top of carpet will be installed in all dance rooms.

Square dancing and round dancing will be at the Glenmore Inn. Clogging will be at the Hotel Blackfoot.
Registration opens at 2:00 pm. The Trail-In Dance will start at 7:30 pm. To avoid a line up at the registration desk, come early.

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. Cancellations after this time will result in a one night room and taxes charged against the credit card used for holding the room.
There aren’t going to be “I am registered” ribbons for this Festival because we are trying to keep the costs down. But please promote the fact that you are registered for the Festival and encourage your dancing friends to attend!
Square dance attire will be appreciated but not required at evening dances.
Yes there will. There will be Williams systems available.
We have not been able to find a reasonable location within the city for ‘dry’ camping.
Festival 2024 will officially end on Saturday, July 20th following the closing ceremonies at 10:00 pm.
No. The festival is at capacity for participants and the Trail In dance will not be open for drop-in dancers.
No. There will not be a banner parade as there is insufficient space to display banners, and because having a banner parade at the conference headquarters would not provide any opportunity for promoting square dance, round dance and clogging.
